Daryl’s Favorite Sewing Tool
I sew like a cook, without a lot of extra tools or gadgets, but I couldn’t do without my super powerful, always perfect and most beautiful pair of scissors. They’re from Kai and they were expensive, but sometimes you need to pay more and not look back. I don’t sell them, this isn’t a plug, I just love them.

I love Fabric Spark’s fat quarter bundles! They always put together the prettiest combinations. I LOVE this Amy Butler Eternal Sunshine bundle! Also love the bundle by Anna Graham and Daryl’s Picks for April. So many lovelies!
NATURE WALK BY TAMARA KATE – LITTLE WORLD AMBER – so sweet and girly. I mostly sew clothing for my daughter, and even though I can’t pull off that mustard color, there is a good chance she could. And even if she couldn’t, I would find a way to use it because it’s so pretty.

Anna Maria Horner is one of my favorite designer, and there is so much to choose from on Fabric Spark from her! I especially like the Mod Corsage Peonies!

I’m loving the wool felt – that stuff is hard to find in Canada! Good prices too.
I found myself nodding my head in agreement with the previous commenters… which kind of reveals how much I love fabric (I want them all! lol). I did want to say that along with the lovely goods in her shop, I love Daryl’s personal notes on the fabric listings – her “sparks”. I always enjoy seeing what she likes best about a line, a print or what she would make or combine it with. A fun, personal service detail that I think makes her stand out!
